Through its Get Healthy, Live Well initiative, the Georgia-based health system has increased the number of community residents adopting healthy behaviors. It has accomplished this by pursuing policy changes, connecting individuals with easy-to access wellness programs and collaborating with local churches, schools, worksites and community organizations to integrate healthy choices into everyday life.
