The FSMB has also decided to make its database of every current and formerly licensed physician and PA in the U.S. available for free to hospitals and related health care entities so they can deploy these individuals to where they are needed most as quickly as possible. The information includes accurate and verified information about a doctor’s medical education, specialty certification status, licensure status (in any of the U.S. states and territories), and disciplinary history.
