House Democrats Release Text for Continuing Resolution to Fund the Government through Dec. 11

Bill includes a delay in Medicaid DSH cuts; changes to interest rate and terms for Medicare accelerated and advance payment programs

The House Appropriations Committee today released a continuing resolution that, in general, extends current government funding levels through Dec. 11. The bill also includes a number of health care provisions. The House hopes to have a vote as early as tomorrow, and the Senate could consider the measure later this week. Government funding expires Sept. 30.
