Resource for Nonprofit Hospitals on Considerations for Restructuring as a result of COVID-19

The paper reviews mergers and acquisitions in the restructuring/bankruptcy context, the general bankruptcy process and the “unique health regulatory and transaction features applicable to hospital deals.”
